Claim not paid

I write this with great regret as to why i trusted Africanrainbow life with funeral insurance. My dad died last year december 26/12/2020 and i lodged a claim on the 31/12/2020. Till this day this company has not paid the funeral claim. Im gonna voice out this bad service on every social network so that people can get to know how unfair is africanrainbow life services.
