Not receiving the Prize I won and communication

I participated in an online discussion around mid-August and have won a Samsung A03 core. They sent me an email to confirm my details of which I did and they told me to allow up to four weeks before getting the prize. We are on week +-8 however I don't receive any communication from them. I wrote them multiple emails and sent dms on Facebook but they don't respond.
