Failure to pay out voucher of R500

On the 7th December 2021 I recieved notification that I won a R500 in rewards voucher which would take up to 4 weeks to deliver. I have emailed them twice requesting information about my voucher and recieve no reply. Seems as if this company does not hold to its commitments. Not a happy customer
