Unprofessional Conduct by Agent Karien at African Property Witbank

I am deeply disappointed with the conduct of the agent, Karien, from African Property. I am currently renting out my property through African Property Witbank, and despite the tenant having paid the rent, Karien has failed to transfer the payment to me. It has now been more than two weeks, and each time I contact her, she promises to send the payment the same day, but she never does. She has since begun ignoring my attempts to follow up. As a result, I am in the process of formally reporting her to the Rental Housing Tribunal as well as the Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority.
