I hereby reply to this review. there are many ************ contractors but in 12 years i have dealt with two ************ clients, Vanessa was one. We took a 50% deposit with progress payments as work progressed, she could of stopped at any time if unhappy. Her father was on site daily giving the workers different instructions & doubling the time we needed to complete the work. at 95% of the work we where finalising snags which grew daily eg. grass dying in patches " this was the dog urinating on it " which we replaced. The list just grew even for things we didn't work on & it was clear she was delaying final payment, we then opted to walk away, as the client relationship was not worth mending as Vanesssa started running ******* debit orders against our business account, she was clearly not in a right frame of mind & trying to continue a was going to be painful
