Mount Grace Spa- Terrible service

I visited Mount Grace in Magaliesburg on the 1st to the 3rd of April 2015 and took one of their spa packages "The stress relief package"which costs R1850.00 with that amount you would expect a 5 star treatment but it was the total opposite. My massage and facial were both a 100% but my manicure and pedicure were a complete disaster, the nail polish they used chipped the next day, I called in and sent emails to one of their managers by the name of Anna Potgieter, she promised that she would get back to me regarding the matter but up until now she has not even bothered sending me an email or calling me and it has been a full month now. i am highly disapointed with the kind of service and lack of remorse they have once you have paid the money due to them, this place came highly recommended and i drove from Pretoria just for the Spa which costs a lot of money
