African Pride team is useless. All they do is chat amongst themselves and not serve customers

This afternoon I decided to take my friends out for lunch at African Pride in Melrose. Firstly when we got there we had to wait for 10 mins for Francis our waiter to give us the menus. He then disappeared for a good 20mins without even bringing us the drinks we had ordered when we brought the menus. I had to constantly stand up and go call him in order to get him to serve us. He stands around the bar with the other waiters and chats along without even checking up on his tables. When we raised this issue with him, Francis just said" Okay". No apology nothing.

I am so disappointed with the service we received at African Pride. My friends don't want to ever go back there again and frankly, I can understand why. The restaurant was so empty for that to be the kind of service we received. Appalling service!
