African Pride Crystal Towers has appaling customer service

<p>On 4 October 2016 I made bookings Booking number: ********** 135 for 2-4 January 2017 and Booking number: ********** 975 for 4-5 December 2016 through Bookings.com. I received to emails from Protea Hotels to make a credit card payment for the two bookings, which I did on 4 October 2016 and the money was reserved on my card. My booking was made, right? Wrong. I subsequently received emails to make payment. I've tried emailing, phoning and leaving messages to check whether my bookings were made, to no avail. I received 3 consequtive phone calls on Monday at 14:45, whilst I was in a meeting. I would like confirmation that my bookings were made immediately.</p>
