APM put their passengers in a school bus going to Queenstown

Far worst experience ever. 1. We have been in the toll gate for over an hour at Grassmere. The bus was stopped by national police. Obviously the bus is not compliant. It is not branded. The bus is a school bus. Our luggage are with us inside the bus. The bus has no curtains. It is definitely not suited for long distance. The chairs do not slide down. Imagine 12:30pm midnight. We are still at the toll gates are grassmere, Yet departure time for my ticket is 20:00. I putco is more comfortable then this bus.
