Shady Business

Hello, I run a petrol station somewhere in the eastrand and yesterday the 13th of May a customer came to fill up their car (Blue BMW ) with Petrol worth R1530.00. Upon completion this customer old the attendant that He was gonna pay using His card, we took the machine and swiped the card, this card was a pin based card belonging to Afriminerals, https://afriminerals.co.za/ also known as African Minerals XEnergy. This card declined due to limits exceeding and instead of honoring His debt he started he car and ran away, we have already reported the matter to the police in Germiston. The reason why i'm tagging Afriminerals on this post is because this customer knew the pin on that card, meaning he either works for the company or has ties to them one way or the other, we have tried contacting the company to assist but to no avail, they haven't responded to our email no answered our phone calls, their contact number is (+27) 11 ***. All we wanted was information with regards to whoever ran away with petrol, at some point a lady answered the phone but as I started talking she dropped the call on me and since then their number is not going through, please assist.
