I use to use the services of African Medium Holdings Durban to brand various Pharmacy's, Gyms and Health shops around KZN area. They contacted me to offer various PPE for sales. I rep**** and offered to list these items on Takealot.com. They setup a meeting with one of the Directors of African Medium holdings and was agreed and good to go. I listed a number of lines from Counter Screen Guards to Sanitising Pedal Dispensers. I explained the strict packaging and labelling requirements for Takealot and provided the documentation. I ended up ordering a number of these items at my own cost and shipped these items at my own cost to Takealot. The original agreement with the director was that they would supply the stock upfront this arrangement changed when I required my first order. I Received some sales and kept ordering and paying up front for the items. A month after a smooth operation I had a major issue. My courier arrived to collect an order and the staff at dispatch just gave them anything without checking the collection this order was rejected and I had to pay for the courier to return this back to Durban from JHB for 2 items @ R1000. I then booked another collection for the correct items and noticed 4 items were collected. I thought this was fishy and double check with African Mediums. And received multiple story's. I then investigated further and they side listed items on Takealot with another suppler at a far lesser price that I was able to supply. I also found out that my Courier account was too high and requested a statement. When I received the statement it turns out they were using my courier account without my permission to send items to JHB, Capetown and Newcastle. This is *****. I will never deal with this company again. They are very ********* and have no intention of keeping long standing business relationships and the ***** aspect was was the final straw.
