I am very unhappy with their treatment, I have been requesting my levy statement from them since February 2026 but they never take my emails serious

I am very unhappy with their treatment, I have been requesting my levy statement from them since February 2026 but they never take my emails serious. Every time I send them a communication they ignore me.This is my 3rd month now without my statement and they are not bothered.
