My experience with African Lifestyle Management / LaJoya Lodge ⚠️
My experience with African Lifestyle Management / LaJoya Lodge ⚠️ On 15 May and 21 May 2026, I paid a total of R2,500 for a vacation booking. I received a booking confirmation letter confirming that full payment had been received. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I requested a refund before the trip date. Since requesting the refund, I have attempted to contact the company through WhatsApp messages and phone calls, but I have not received a response. I am sharing my experience to seek assistance and to encourage others to do their research before making payments. If African Lifestyle Management would like to resolve this matter, I am willing to discuss it and provide all proof of payment and booking confirmation. #AfricanLifestyleManagement #LaJoyaLodge #HelloPeter #SouthAfrica #ConsumerRights #TravelBooking

I have used a number of travel agencies in and around South Africa, and this is the first time I have experienced this level of frustration with an agency. So use them at your own risk.
