AFRICAN LEADING CAR RENTAL (POLOKWANE) DOES NOT PAY BACK DEPOSITS

I rented a car on 24 January 2018 in Polokwane from African Leading Car Rental. I paid the usual car rental deposit of R3000. The policy of the company is to reimburse the rental deposit within 7 to 21 working days. I used some extra kilometres and an amount of R2298.60 is due to me according to an invoice provided to me. 112 days later I've still not received my deposit. I have phoned African Leading Car Rental several times and each time they promised that they will make the transfer. Out of frustration I visited the rental company at the Polokwane International Airport, but they referred me to a certain Rabu at their offices in Polokwane. I phoned Rabu a few times who made promises of payment, but up to date I still have not received anything. Please do not use this car rental company - you will not receive you deposit back.
