Be Careful

⚠️ WARNING: ********* Business Practices ⚠️

For the past 25 years, I've dedicated myself to helping companies thrive and achieve success. From providing training and consulting to facilitating recruitment and leveraging my network, I've always taken immense satisfaction in witnessing the growth of businesses.

However, I find myself in a disheartening situation today. Recently, I extended my full range of services to a company I genuinely wanted to assist in their journey to success. I diligently recruited agents, found them a competent bookkeeper, offered them heavily discounted minutes, and invested significant time in fixing their network and setting up their call center for generating revenue. My dedication to their business consumed my entire month. Regrettably, when it came time for payment, this company failed to honor their commitment. Each day brings forth new promises and excuses, leaving me astounded. It's appalling to witness companies that willingly sign contracts, issue purchase orders, and make lofty promises, only to abandon their responsibilities and leave others to shoulder the financial burden. I implore all businesses to exercise caution when engaging with such entities. It is disheartening to witness hardworking professionals and their valuable resources being taken advantage of, while these companies walk away unscathed, leaving behind unpaid bills and shattered trust. Please share this message to raise awareness and protect others from falling victim to these ********* business practices. Together, we can foster a community that values integrity and fairness in every business transaction.

Dear Tebogo,

I appreciate your response, but I must emphasize that the concerns raised regarding unpaid invoices from multiple suppliers remain unaddressed. The response provided appears to be a generic reply that fails to acknowledge the gravity of the situation. Suppliers are rightfully calling you out for the lack of accountability and communication regarding outstanding payments.

The fact that you have sought out another provider to replace the services previously suspended by suppliers is deeply concerning. This action strongly indicates a deliberate intention to avoid fulfilling your financial obligations. It is evident that you have prioritized continuing your business operations over meeting your responsibilities to the suppliers who have provided goods and services in good faith.

The lack of transparency, evasive communication, and failure to make timely payments demonstrate a clear disregard for ethical business practices. As a CEO, it is your duty to ensure the financial well-being of your company and maintain open and honest relationships with suppliers. Engaging in such actions undermines trust, damages your reputation, and raises questions about the integrity of your organization.

I implore you to take immediate action to rectify this situation. It is essential that you demonstrate accountability by promptly addressing and settling the unpaid invoices with your suppliers. Clear and regular communication regarding payment plans and a commitment to fulfilling your financial obligations are necessary to restore trust and uphold ethical business practices.

I urge you to reconsider your approach and acknowledge the impact of your actions on the suppliers who have placed their trust in your organization. Resolving these outstanding payment issues is not only a matter of financial responsibility but also a crucial step in preserving your company's reputation and credibility.
Moreover, the request to engage with your financial team through Gmail accounts that remain unanswered further raises concerns about the legitimacy and professionalism of your operations. I expect a swift and concrete response outlining the actions you will take to address the unpaid invoices and restore trust with your suppliers. Failure to do so will result in further damage to your company's standing in the business community and potential legal consequences.
