Very bad service from Safrican Insurance company

We have an insurance funeral policy which is administrated by the African insurance company. We have sent 3 e-mails and have tried numerously to call them, with no response . this is unacceptable. Imagine dying and you can't get hold of the funeral policy ? All we require is a benefit document and nobody responds to SF Wasserman
