Rude on phone

I whatsapp them for a photoshoot they were so rude. Then today i wanted to takr my daughter and niece for a riding horses. Because we come from cape town we dont know the area. I phoned the guy to fined out where the are located. In stanford thatis all i get. Ok so my niece put there name on our gps. We ended up in herm****. They phoned me to fined out were we were. I told the guys we got lot. But are in between herm**** and stanford. So after gtting lost the whole time i stopped and said to my niece im gonna phone them. The guy beat me to it and phoned me. After i told him we still cant fined them. He said to me in a very mean voice " he doesnt know how we can get so lost and that we should cancel the horses and that i wasted his entire afternoon" the he put the phone down in my ear. I will never recoment them to anybody.
