Terrible service damaged goods

I have had a terrible experience with African Golden Hand Art & Craft. I placed an order for a four piece bedroom set, which included a headboard, 2 pedestals and a dresser. The deposit was paid on 21 April 2022 pending the finalisation/delivery of the products wherein I would settle the balance which subsequently paid upon the delivery. Delivered in Bloemfontein where I was not present because their driver refused to deliver in Kimberley.

I had initially arranged for transport to collect my order In Joburg based on the information supp**** by Thandi that my products were complete and ready for collection. Only to be informed on the day of the collection that they hadn't finished. She promised to send my order with one that was due to be delivered to Bloemfontein.

Weeks went by and my order was only delivered on the 13 May 2022 in a very bad state...damaged head board, damaged pedestals and dresser. I forwarded her the pictures of the goods. I brought this to their attention, she promised to investigate and revert to me. She never did. I constantly have had to be the one who makes follow-ups. I then went to their official Facebook page to address this matter as at this point she was not replying to my messages. I was then blocked from commenting on their page.

I then sent another text wanting to know what am I do to with damaged goods wherein I paid a full amount without any hassles. I was then reassured that I would either be refunded, discounted or the furniture redone. My last communication with them was on the 25 July 2022, where she promised to call after an hour to provide feedback pertaining to this pressing matter.

I do not recommend them to anyone. Not only is their service & communication poor, but they deliver damaged goods then vanish into thin air.
