The Worst Moving Experience of My Life – Avoid This Company at All Costs

This company is a complete disgrace. Everything started off fine—they communicated well, confirmed the move date, and we had a clear agreement. But just two days before the scheduled move, they completely ignored that agreement and decided on their own to move everything earlier, without our consent. At that point, we hadn't even taken occupation of the new property, so we were forced to scramble to make emergency arrangements.

On moving day, they refused to answer any phone calls and would only respond via WhatsApp—completely unprofessional and unacceptable given the circumstances. That's when I found out, for the first time, that they had subcontracted the entire move without informing us. These subcontractors arrived before we had access to the property, and even they couldn’t get hold of the moving company. The movers had zero communication with both us and their own subcontractors.

We had no choice but to stop the subcontractors from offloading onto a property we didn’t yet have access to. They then dumped all of our belongings in front of the garage, outside the street. Unsecured. Exposed. Abandoned.

This was not just unprofessional—it was reckless, stressful, and completely unacceptable. I genuinely don’t understand how this company is still operating. If you value your belongings, your sanity, and basic human decency, do not go near this company
