Lies and Deceipt

<p>We recently moved from Johannesburg to Cape Town and had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Hein Aggenbag of African Furniture Removals. </p> <p> </p> <p>Hein **** to my face and told me that the insurance he insisted on us taking would cover any accidental damage. I already was covered for theft through my regular policy so I called him more than once to confirm that his policy was for damages etc. which he confirmed was the case. </p> <p> </p> <p>Hein outsourced our move to H&M Removals without telling us, and when we arrived in Cape Town almost every single item of furniture was broken or damaged. I am baffled as to how they damaged everything so badly, it's almost as if they tried.</p> <p> </p> <p>Naturally Hein has taken zero responsibility for anything and simply washed his hands saying we are only covered for theft. I am absolutely furious that he **** to me but he just denies everything, same as the other review. </p> <p> </p> <p>Please don't use this company, I guarantee you will regret it. </p>
