Avoid

It started off great. Loraine was incredibly professional and there was great communication. Then the move started. They didn't wrap all the things we agreed on. I had to wrap certain things the night before they came to collect. After they collected everything I realized that they didn't pack certain cupboards. I had to make a plan to move all of the things contained in those cupboard to the Western Cape by myself. Right before delivery they charged me for extra things. They charged my for plastic wrap which I bought and supp**** myself. They charged me for 'extra care taken', whatever that means. These extra unjustified costs amounted to almost R3000. Then when I refused to pay this extra amount they basically held me at ransom by saying that they did not schedule delivery because of this outstanding amount (which turned out to be a lie). Then there was extremely poor (if not non existent) communication regarding the deliver time which caused a significant problem. Horrible company to deal with.They created lots of stress and trauma for us. The only positive thing I can say is that very few items were broken.
