Poor service

My company booked for me at the venue on the 24 and 25 june 2019,i get at the venue and i get shown to my room without being orrientated.The guy that took me to my Room had a bery bad smell.its like he slept with clothers and worked with them over n over again. The chef was wearing dirty white top.Water in the shower was a problem.the pipes were making noice.nobody seems to care at all.i was never provided with Towels at all.i had to beg for a towel.They need to decide if they want to Run a BnB or a ****a shop.my two days seemed very long,i dont think i would ever allow someone i know to go through the trauma i went through.and the rules at the BnB are like for kids at pre-school. You are hosting adults.your rules are more like orders.please review them.its like you dont wana run a buisness at all.try to make those rules be more respectful. Ask someone who's mentally stable to re-write those rules. Kind regards
