Customer experience
They have the worst service ever, I would not recommend them to anyone, they are quick to take your money, the agents are rude. When you ask questions, they are ***** about the answers, anyone who gets a call from them to get removed from debts must not take the offer it will ruin your credit score, do not listen to anything they say, you can not even call them back.😡😡😡

Paid in March – Still No Debt Review Flag Removal or Meaningful Communication I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received from Flag Removal. I paid for my debt review flag removal in March 2026 after being assured that the process would be handled professionally and within a reasonable timeframe. It has now been several months, and my debt review flag is still active. Since making payment, I have repeatedly tried to obtain updates. Unfortunately, communication has been poor, and I have not received any clear explanation as to why the process has still not been completed. This ongoing delay has caused unnecessary stress and has prevented me from restoring my credit profile despite having paid for this service months ago. As a paying customer, I expected transparency, regular communication, and for the agreed service to be delivered. Instead, I have been left chasing answers with no satisfactory resolution.

Very un provisional they don't answer the land lines if the do they take your details and tell you they will call back. They never do, if you say something they don't like they drop the call. They took a unauthorized debit order of R6000 now I struggle to get my money back 3 months now. No respond on Emails

Service delivery and sales pitch are not aligned.
After receiving a cold call from a friendly representative I contracted with the company for debt review services. to date the 2 deductions from my account have not been assigned to my creditors, nor have the company sent any correspondence to me about our business / service now in place. Their service fees are not as discussed on the initial sales call.
