Excellent in every single way

<p>Upon arrival, even though really late at night, we received a warm welcome from the staff, who were extremely helpful and friendly. The planning of the environment, the lighting, the placement of all the rooms and even the entertainment areas were perfect, you can tell they put thought and time into the building process.</p> <p>The rooms were beautifully decorated without the decorations being in the way. The bedding was noticeably clean and sleeping over was better than my own bed! The bathroom was well planned, the space was well optimized and it was surprisingly comfortable for a place that is not home. There was nothing short in the room, everything was clean, there was a proper mirror in the bathroom, a proper dustbin and a lovely dresser that had more than enough space for myself and my partner to unpack into.</p> <p>The service we received were top notch with extreme professionalism and the kindest people you have ever met. Everything was tidy, neat and well kept. The food was absolutely out of the books, the ingredients were fresh and tastefully prepared. There was always someone available should you need anything or have any questions.</p> <p>They are perfectly equipped and the entire weekend was an absolute pleasure. Management was extremely approachable when I requested an extra blanket and they went out of their way to assist us in any way possible. Once you have experienced this quality service at a lodge, no other lodge will ever compare. Going to African Explorer, is more like visiting family, where you feel genuinely cared for, you do not for a second feel like just another customer, you feel welcome and comfortable. Management is absolutely astonishing in all that has been achieved here! African Explorer makes for a must have experience that is truly nothing short of an absolute pleasure.
