Bad expierence and no response from them

I got married at the African explorer 2 months ago(21 February) and would like to say n few things<br> Firstly the venue itself is awesome and beautiful but the management, or the lack there off, leaves a lot to be desired<br> Firstly all the promises off the building constructions to be finished was not even nearly completed - Also their card facilities did not work and they did not have a plan B.<br> Then the tents that some off the guests had to stay in looked like a greenhouse for plants and nothing like the photos they showed us. I was so embarrassed off this I offered my friends a refund out of my own pocket (they paid a R1000 PER NIGHT - 2 per tent which in my eyes is a complete ******* ) <br> When we arrived there was nothing done at the wedding venue itself no decorations no nothing. My mother, mother in law and her sister worked their butts off on the Friday and Saturday, and according to Johan, who manages the place, all that we had to do is set up 1 table and they would take care of the rest - Johan had some or other excuse<br> Then the wedding day came .Almost directly after the wedding there was no ice available and this on a day that was extremely hot.
