Tour Cancelled by Tour Guide, Did not return money

I booked a tour with African Dusk Tours and Safaris in October 2015 for the Period 22 December 2015 to 3 January 2016, and paid for the tour in full. The sum of R 12 999. On 20 December 2015 I received a Text Message from Marius, telling me that due to lack of interest the tour will have to cancelled, but he will refund the money to me as soon as he received my Banking Details. I forward the details immediately and he acknowledged receipt of the details. On further inquiries I was promised that the money will be transferred into my account as soon as his Business Account has been FICA at the ABSA Bank. The money did not come and when I enquire again when I can expect my money, as I was promised that the full amount will be in my account before Christmas and that he will definitely not drop me(his Word) On 4 January when I still have not received the money I spoke to him on the phone and I was told that due to me, he will now have to close his business account. I told him that all want is my money back as I am a Pensioner and a widow and have to live on a set pension. Today 24 January 2016 I have yet to receive my money. If I phone he does not answer his phone or reply.
