I had problems with my flight ticket from my first flight from Johannesburg to Hong Kong, I almost missed my flight, but we managed to get hold of the Director and he fixed my flight. 30 days later on my return, no flight was booked for me from Sanya to Hong Kong. I had to buy a ticket on the spot costing me approximately R8000 that I did not budget for. Arriving in Hong Kong, I contacted the Director who had been ignoring my messages and calls for two full days and I was stuck starving and dirty in an airport, Hong Kong airport.? Finally from help at home he decided to reply me and book me a flight from Hong Kong to Joburg. I paid for a return ticket, but I was only booked the going flights and not the returning flights. He also promised me refunds, but he is ignoring me again. I really need my money back. Please help me????
