Terrible Travel agency

At first we used their services to Mozambique which was successful.

When booking our second trip to Cape Town, we thought it would be as easy as it was because we already built a trustful relationship. Little did we know that this man had already been in feuds for ******** people and also been arrested early this year. When we contacted him he continuously gave us empty promises that he will send us details of the trip or that he will come to our offices to discuss and wrap up everything. Our final conclusion was that we would like to cancel the trip, he promised to send it through but he didn’t and we are still waiting with no communication from him. Do not consider this travel agency, it’s a ****, we lost R14k and unanswered questions about the whole trip.
