Bad travel agency

We used this travel agency for a Mozambique trip and it was successful, the second time we booked a trip to Cape Town.

Paid R14k and haven’t even received a single confirmation of any booking of flights or hotel.

We have continuously made interaction with the owner Mduduzi Ncube but he did not keep any of his promises.

We recently requested a refund and he promised to send it through but he didn’t.

If you do come across this Agency please do not use their services because you will be attracted by a great service the first time but the next time, you will be ****med.

Please also note that his offices have been on lockdown for more than 3 months now.
