Terrible Service and after sales

On the 17th December 2013 the day before my wife gave birth to our twin girls we bought a 9ct white gold Tanzanite dress ring for her as a gift from husband to wife, a few weeks after the ring lost diamonds, we returned the ring to African Diamond waterfront, shop 7 upper level, they said we are not entitled to a refund but the ring would get fixed. After many mails and calls we received the ring. <br> <br> A few months went by and again we noticed the small diamonds on the side were missing and falling off, we again returned it and was told that under no circumstances we would get our money back, i received legal advice and was told to get it fixed for the last time and if it happens again i would get my money back. <br> <br> Not even 2 months after that the EXACT same thing happened again, We took it back and they again blamed their supplier, they are refusing to give me my money back and said they will repair the ring. This is a sly operation and i HIGHLY suggest that nobody shops there. <br> <br> They are rude, not interested and after sales is non existent.
