For me, African Diamond is gone forever

Hi there,

Don't waste your time going to African Diamond in Somerset West mall. Thankfully it was a small purchase, so only lost R310.

The first time we took our purchase back after it broke, we were given the chose of a refund or replacement. We gave them the benefit of the doubt and chose replacement.

The item broke again and we went back. Unfortunately, the manager/owner was there. After his accusation of us man-handling the item, they were not going to replace it again because it would be a loss for them... Hmmm...

The sales lady who was there last time did not say much. She seemed to be nervous. Anyway, I am sorry that I tried some place new. I will go back to doing what I normally do in that mall, just walk passed that shop.
