They are dishonest about the progress on my Contract

I have joined African Debt Advisors in June but had to reverse the payment due to delay of paper work I ended up being billed twice i.e by them and the creditors. But afterwards I was told everything is fine, until I receive a call from the lawyers about non payment. I called them they still telling me everything is fine and when i asked if Std bank has accepted the review nobody is giving me the answer, i asked for proof of payment nothing, court order nothing they are all talk no action is bad , they have no clue about their business and system but they very quick to deduct the money, I'm loosing patience and faith I have for them I'm even searching for ways to cancel that. I really need help..
