No Delivery

please advise my husband had a telephonic conversation with signing any document nor giving a copy of his id as well as his banking details, it was a misunderstanding as he was unaware of the programme, after calling to cancel, I was asked to pay an amount of R300 which I paid on the 23/08/2017 I was told with in 24 hours I will receive a cancellation letter and I thought it was done. yet on the 28/08/2017 all the acc was blocked, then I received a call saying we need to complete a 17,w form. he did not sign an agreement yet have to sign to cancel. its is over one month and nothing has happened. our account are still blocked, I had my cell phone ****** and when I went to claim they said my insurance have fallen up therefore I cannot get a new phone, it seems that they just do not want to cancel inspite of paying a cancellation fee. we need to get our lives back in order, a lady told me now that if we stay with African debt advisors they will pay off the account. WE DO NOT WANT TO BE UNDER DEBT REVIEW AS EXPALINED TO NUMEROUS PEOPLE AT THE COMPANY. please advise can people keep you under review against your will I am sure that is *******. please help...............
