On the 13th October 2019. I received a call from African debt advisors regarding an enquiry I made regarding Debt Review. The first lady that called me requested my banking details and said that this was their procedure before giving you a quote. I gave them all my details and then in 2 hours I received a call from another lady who was in a haste and didn't explain everything properly and I agreed to be quoted. I later received numerous smses stating that my debt assistant is Simone and that I should watsapp my ID copy and a signature. Later that day I received a watsapp saying they are waiting for my ID copy, no documents had been sent to me to read or sign and the lady kept watsapping me and I told her I need to review the documents and decide whether I'm accepting or not. When I told her I would not be accepting their quote, she then started threatening me that my account will be debited twice and that I agreed over the phone so this was a verbal agreement so I should send my documents or they will go ahead and flag me. This company does not have a contact number which u can reach them on. The number that was given to me by the lady is always engaged and these ****** become rude when u refuse to take their offer. Be careful of them. I was considering taking their offer at a later stage but the service that they offered me was so bad that it goes to show that they do not care for the customer. All they want is to take ur money and if you don't agree with them they threaten to flag u even without signing their contract.
