Is African Debt Advisors legit?

I joined African Debt Advisors in November 2017, to date my creditors are not yet paid. My vehicle finance is even threatening me to take the vehicle I'm using. When we call African Debt advisors, no specific person is handling my account and everyone says whatever they want to say. All their messages are not the same.
