Horrible service ever

On 6 February 2018 I received a call from African Debt Advisors. The first person who contacted me said they are running a campaign with NCR to assist people with their debts through consolidation loans. The second person said through placing people under debt review. I told her they are saying two different things. She insisted on doing a calculation to show how much I will be saving and said I have five days to cancel if I decide not to be placed under debt review. Within that 5 days I received an SMS that Ziyanda is my portfolio manager and I have to send a copy of my ID, proof of income and address. I contacted the company and told them I do not want to be placed under debt review and the lady was very rude but eventually said the application is cancelled. Days passed and I did not receive a confirmation, I made follow ups, spoke to different people. One said application is cancelled, the other said he will cancel, other said they cannot access the systems, other one said my details are not on the system. I went to the bank to apply for a loan and I was told I am under debt review. I contacted the company again but the service I get is horrible. Please assist with the matter.
