Frustrated Client

i became a client of this company in September 2018 . Joining them i was not in Arrears but i was just over indebted. They had promised me financial freedom but its only been a nightmare. I am now in Arrears with Absa because absa terminated the agreement with African Debt Advisors in January 2019 yet they still deduct and my assists are no longer protected . I have asked them for proof of obtaining a court order and from then they have been ignoring me . This other time they tried to cancel the agreement i had with them without my consent . Worst part they keep deducting the wrong amounts. I am very disappointed and frustrated by them . Especially Harriet who is handling my file she is never available . i am now in more debt then i was before joining them. Help!!!!!!
