They called me explaining that they can help me pay my debts. So I asked them to send me the documents to read before agreeing on anything. So they said they cant send me documents with my ID and account no,I gave them my account no and they sent me an SMS saying they are going to deduct R4807.24 but I asked them not to since I didn't agree on anything with them. I contacted them to cancel but they keep on deducting and they Even blocked my Capitec loan , its in arrears for 2 months now
