Disgrunted CLient
I have joined African Debt Busters about 5 to 6 months ago, thinking to have peace of mind with them I am more stressed than anything, with joining them I though I will have some financial ease and tension free. So initially on my contract the premium should of been R3010 however ADB started debiting me of R1374 for the past 4 months and I budgeted on this debit with other expenses and daily costs. In December18 they decide to debit me of R3500 of which I reversed as this was a lot. I tried numerous time contacting them in Dec but they were closed and I didn't know. eventually I spoke to Niyaaz who was assisting me no joy then Ruwaidah who promised to provide banking details so I can transfer R1374 to pay the creditors for Jan and we can discuss increasing the payment to R1800 end of Jan19 and re-consider once I receive an increase to up the premium. Ruwaida has discussed that they working on my case and would submit to the magistrate of affordability and I was satisfied with this, but I still want the banking details to pay creditors. to no satisfaction I am waiting till date 15-01-19, today 15-01-19 one of my Creditors call requesting payement African Bank. I call Debt Busters to speak to Ruwaidah some one answered and she is busy they took my ID number to forward to Ruwaidah. this is my airtime going as well. there is no TCF app**** at all since with them, however I do have a consultant to assist but he is unable to help with this as it is for a different department but overall I am happy with the service received from this consultant name Iqram. please I need urgent assistance please. also my hubby is with them and we just get the runa around constantly. I am at my wits end now Farzanah Banoo
