Decieved by Afrcan Debt Review Company

I received a call from this company called African Debt Advisors telling me that will help me to reduce my instalments and they wanted my ID copy and sent me a form where I will have to put my signature for them to process this and told me that will speak to all my credit providers reduce my instalments. All to find out these people put my name under a debt review, now I'm under a debt review with out any agreement I made with them. The only thing I was expecting is to receive my statements with less instalment as we agreed. if is there anyone who once experienced this can please help me out because my name is appearing under a red flag and I'm blocked to access my accounts whilst I never had a problem to pay my account. I allowed this people to process this because they sounded good the time I spoke with them. Their service is very poor and they shift the blame and I have been waiting response from their manager who's having an empty promises of calls and when I'm forwarded with her I always receive message says will contact me back. These people are cruel, ******* and *********. If is there any kind of help I can get please assist me.
