I'm disappointed on the service we experience in our country.last year around August the tree outside my yard fell into wall due to havy rains and collapsed.i spoke to city parks coz and I was referred to this useless African dawn Risk solutions company. They told me to make quatation how much i spend to fix the wall, Labour and affidavit from police station. I summited what was required after 6 months doing follow-ups. They rejected my claim say is natural disasters,why must I suffer coz of the tree planted by city parks. I had take a loan to fix my wall..
