Just as useless as COJ - Perfect Match

I have a claim with COJ and you are their new insurers - COJ included you in comms to me on 30 Sept 2020 and to date I have heard nothing from you. I sent an email on 12 Oct to *** & *** who COJ referred me to and not even an acknowledgement from you! I will take this matter to the Insurance Ombud if I do not receive a response!! Ref AON ***
