DONT PAY OUT INSURANCE CLAIMS

From city power CPT418PLC then to their "insurance" Claim number:ADRS***8. I have submitted a claim via city power due to their negligence with all evidence of proof and ref numbers. So i am claiming back the fuel used as everyone may know this fuel price is dam expensive. I phoned this african dawn risk solutions with no service delivery and was told they cant help me and they don't pay out insurance to fuel cost that i had to fork out due to the negligence of city power and there dam lies and no service delivery at all. They also don't pay out for your food being damaged and don't pay for your electrical goods that get damaged in fact they god dam, useless full stop.SEEMS TO ME LIKE THEFT AND *******ION AND LIES LIKE THIS DAM COUNTRY .I am not the only one reviewing this company looks like there is a lot of people also very unhappy.
