Bad Service

When I expressed my intention to discontinue their services, I encountered significant communication challenges. My WhatsApp messages were ignored, and my emails went unanswered. This lack of responsiveness and the apparent use of delay tactics were particularly troubling.

Given these issues, I cannot, in good conscience, recommend African Credit Union for credit management services. I strongly advise potential clients to consider these factors before making a decision.
