Stuggeling to order a hair clip

Hi I have been struggeling to get the right color hairclip since July 2015 they keep on sending me the wrong color I have been using their product for six years and I have never struggled before a Month ago Nosihle asked me if I would please give her a week that Dianne can get me the right color and I have not received any feedback after that, I have never been so disapointed before
