Paid-up letter

I went to African Brother's cash loan to get my paid-up letter, I cant even begin to describe the level of disrespect I got at Somerset West branch, the consultants told me they are off-line, when I asked to speak to the owner they said rudely he's in Europe, on top of that they threatened to beat me up, claiming I got attitude and they didn't want to open the door for me. All I want is my paid-up letter.
