Messing up my credit profile whiles im fixing it

I took a loan from this company paid it as required but on my credit score it shows that i have not paid followed up with them their comfirmed i paid their gave me a paid up letter but still it shows that i still owe contacted the office again their gave me a ladies number i contacted her she removed me as a person i owe them to my surprise the debt is back showing on my credit score pls assist
