Africam Black Cafe and Coffee shop North Riding - Bad Service

Very poor service

Waiter called Kenneth seated me, gave me a menu and did not take any order for 10 minutes while he was running around helping other customers

The service has really deteriorated since the some of the lady waiters no longer work here

Also, the menus are filthy
