African Basket: What a sham!

I placed an order from African Basket and there was no mention on the website of the selected products being out of stock. They sent confirmation emails for receipt of my order. The company went radio silent. I tried to email- the email address provided bounced back. I would call the provided number and it would just ring. No answer. I sent them a Facebook message and they listed a series of technical difficulties on their end. The level of unprofessionalism would not allow them to communicate these. The worst bit is when they were requesting my bank confirmation letter to process my refund. How do you send you banking details to strangers who have shown signs of being possible ****mers?

I would not recommend using this company. I am still waiting for a refund I will probably not see!!!!1
