African Basket refund my money

Good afternoon Hello Peter My complaint African Basket in Kempton Park Johannesburg, I bought some items there on 02/03/2023.the shop assistants used 2 different card machines and both transactions went through,since then I have been on their case to refund back my money but to no avail.today 18/03/2023,the are telling me I should deal with my bank how is that possible?PLEASE HELP ME GET MY MONEY BACK 🙏it's not much but I worked for that money
